Our residences are developed from administrative grants from the Universities of each city, a guarantee of our quality and reliability.
Apartamentos Universitarios Campus was born through administrative grant collaboration between the administrations, autonomous communities, municipalities, universities and ACCIONA Real State.
ACCIONA Real State was a pioneer in the construction of these types of residence halls in collaboration with the different city universities. . ACCIONA Real State began working with the University of Murcia in the Espinardo´s University Campus in 1994. Today, ACCIONA collaborates with four universities with which they have built and developed unique residence facilities.
ACCIONA Real State, through Apartamentos Universitarios Campus, is located in five cities with a total capacity of 1,194. Residences can be found on the Universidad de Murcia, Universidad de Castilla La Mancha, Universidad de Lleida, Universidad de Cadiz and Universidad Jaume I de Castellón.
