How to make a reservation
In order to make a reservation, you should contact the chosen residence, either through our Webpage or in-person at the residence hall, where you will be provided with all the necessary information to make the reservation payment. The amount to be paid varies from residence to residence.
The payment can be made in cash or through bank transfer. If you choose the latter option, it will be necessary to fax or email a copy of the transfer confirmation. The reservation will not be completed until the confirmation is received. The reservation is considered as part of the deposit when the rental contract is signed. (The waiver to the reservation WILL NOT be considered as a reason for a refund.)
HOLDER OF THE RESERVATION: This person shall be the same person who signs the contract, as long as they are over eighteen years of age. In case the father, mother or guardian signs the reservation, the name of the student will also appear in the contract.
Reservations must be completed prior to September 10. After the reservation is completed, the rental contract must be signed for which the remaining amount of the deposit must be paid to complete the corresponding amount of the chosen option. In this case, payment can only be made by bank transfer completed before the signing of the contract or by cheque payable to the bearer at the time of the signing of the contract.
The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer at the end of the contract period as long as the room is in the same state of cleanliness, order and paint conditions received in; any expenses caused by these reasons will be deducted from the resident's deposit.

- 2 passport size photos
- A photocopy of your Identification Card
- Photocopy of the registration confirmation (It will be provided once the registration in the University has been confirmed.)

- 20 digits of your bank account in order to address the receipts.
