The residence has a dining hall, study room, meeting room, computer room, TV room, café and games, vending machines, Wi-Fi Internet, gym, launderette, dryers, and ironing boards (card operated), garden areas and parking spaces.
In addition to these services, the residence has front desk service during the day, in order to service the residents and security guards at night in order to monitor the people entering and leaving the building, security and order.
